Get your sneakers on, the NordicTrack Running is coming to Château de Versailles! This event comprising several running races will take place this year on Sunday, June 25, 2023 in a mythical setting: the park and the magnificent gardens of the Château de Versailles. Four races of various formats are proposed for all ages, on a mixed terrain, between road, grass and cobblestones.
Its main event, the Course Royale, is a 15 km course in the heart of the gardens of the Château de Versailles. You will have the privilege to run along the Grand Canal, the Queen's Hamlet, the Petit and Grand Trianon! But the main race is the Princesses' Race: a magical 8 km race in a magical and relaxed atmosphere for women. Wake up the princess in you and get out your most beautiful tiara and tutu for this disguised race!
As for the children, they also have their own races: the Castle Race, 2 km for the older ones and the Knights Race, a 400m disguised race for the younger ones.
Once the races are over, the athletes can enjoy the sumptuous parks and gardens of the Château de Versailles with their loved ones. Numerous cultural and fun activities are organized throughout the day for adults and children. By registering, each participant also contributes to the sponsorship of the gardens of the Château de Versailles, a part of the registrations allowing to finance the restoration of the place.
