The France XV squad has a date with three major rugby nations in November 2026! On the occasion of the new Championship of Nations, the Bleus will play three matches against Fiji, South Africa and Argentina, two of them at the Stade de France, in Saint-Denis. This international competition, launched in 2026, brings together 12 unions, split between 6 European teams and 6 nations from the Southern Hemisphere and the Pacific. The results of the July and November fixtures determine the standings ahead of a finals weekend hosted in London, from November 27 to 29.
The French team will kick off their autumn series on Saturday November 7 at 9:10 p.m., facing Fiji, at Groupama Stadium in Lyon. Renowned for their pace and attacking rugby, the Fijians will provide France with their first real test. On Friday November 13 at 9:10 p.m., they head to the Stade de France for a highly anticipated showdown with South Africa. The Springboks, the defending world champions, had eliminated the French in the 2023 World Cup quarterfinals, in a tight 29-28 scoreline. These rematches will thus carry a special flavour.
Finally, on Saturday November 21 at 9:10 p.m., the France XV will host Argentina, also in Saint-Denis. As semifinalists of the 2023 World Cup, the Pumas will be France’s final test before the 2026 Nations Championship finals.
