Stromae: his concerts at Paris La Défense Arena cancelled, how to get your money back?

A great reunion was waiting for Stromae with his French fans. Unfortunately for them, Auguri Productions and Mosaert have announced the cancellation of the four Parisian concerts of the Belgian artist scheduled for June 16 and 17, 2023 as well as December 2 and 3, 2023 at Paris La Défense Arena. This announcement marks the premature end of Stromae's"Multitude Tour".

In a press release published on May 9, Auguri Productions and Mosaert reveal that " Stromae's health condition does not allow him to perform on the remaining scheduled concerts, marking the premature end of the Multitude Tour which started in February 2022 and was to continue until December 2023 ".

It is recalled that Stromae should have given no less than four concerts this year at Paris La Défense Arena, on June 16 and 17, and December 2 and 3, 2023. The public, who were looking forward to (re)discovering live some of the mythical songs of the singer, but also to hear new songs from the opus"Multitude", such as the famous single " Health ", must therefore make a reason.

Also, following this cancellation, the Paris La Défense Arena has detailed the conditions of refund of tickets. On its website, the largest indoor venue in Europe states that " tickets can only be refunded at the point of purchase ".

For internet bookings made on the Parisladefense-arena.com website, ticket holders will receive an email "as soon as possible" with refund information.

What about reservations from works councils? " The heads of works councils, groups and communities will be contacted directly by our teams," says Paris La Défense Arena, adding that " people who have purchased their ticket(s) through their works council should contact the works council representatives directly to find out about refund procedures.

Finally, for reservations made at another official point of sale, Paris La Défense Arena asks ticket holders to contact the point of sale in question directly to find out about refund procedures(France Billet network, Ticketmaster/Ticketnet network, Digitick/See Ticket network, Yoolabox network).
