Fed up with feeling underrepresented at classical music award ceremonies, rap, R'n'B and new pop artists will be celebrated once again at the fourth Les Flammes ceremony, scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026 at La Seine Musicale. While we await the full winners list and the lucky recipients, here is the official lineup of artists, tracks and projects nominated this year.

Think rap is getting sidelined in the Victoires de la Musique, NRJ Music Awards and similar events? Well, the artists themselves have finally raised their voices, and their call has been heard. Initiated by rap-focused media Yard and Booska-P, Les Flammes made their debut in 2023. Riding the wave of success, this much-anticipated awards ceremony dedicated to rap, R&B, and New Pop is returning this spring. Mark your calendars: the fourth edition of the Les Flammes awards show will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the La Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt.

With 25 awards announced again this year, Les Flammes aims to shine a spotlight on every layer of the new urban music scene. So, which artists are in the running for this fourth edition? Aya Nakamura, La Mano 1.9, Theodora, L2B, Hamza, Bouss, Franglish, Timar... a host of French and Francophone rap talents are in contention in 2026.

This year as well, Les Flammes invited online voters to pick their favorite artists, projects and tracks. Twenty-five categories are being celebrated in this fourth edition, and 19 of them have thus been opened to public voting. The voting is now closed. While we await the announcement of the lucky winners, here is the official list of nominated artists, tracks and projects.
