Arch Enemy and In Flames in Paris in October 2024: concert moved to Zénith

Swedish metal is set to resound in Paris this autumn! On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, the capital welcomes Arch Enemy and In Flames for a double bill concert that is sure to create a series of pogos. Initially scheduled for the Olympia, the show has been moved to the Zénith de la Villette.

On Tuesday October 8, Sweden's Arch Enemy and In Flames will be in Paris for an exceptional and unique show as part of their joint " Rising from the North " tour. Please note: initially scheduled for theOlympia, this concert has been moved to the Zénith de La Villette (on the same day) due to high demand. Live Nation points out that"tickets remain valid". And for those who haven't got their tickets yet, please note that tickets go on sale on Friday January 26 at 10am.

For the less experienced, a quick reminder is in order. Sweden's Arch Enemy are a melodic death metal band. In the saddle since 1995, the band has evolved considerably, with several changes to the vocals. Initially led by the voice of Johan Liiva, singer Angela Gossow took over in 2000, before finally leaving the band in 2014. Since then, Canadian singer Alissa White-Gluz has taken over. Their latest album,"Deceivers", dates back to 2022. Let's hope that Arch Enemy will take advantage of their " Rising from the North " tour and their Paris concert to unveil a few new live tracks that are both over-the-top and devastating.

Meanwhile, Sweden's In Flames have been making melodic death metal fans go wild since the mid-90s. With 14 albums to their credit, the band led by Anders Fridén intends to take advantage of this joint tour with Arch Enemy to defend live tracks from their latest opus, entitled"Foregone", which includes the single " Bleeding Out ".

And to make this double bill even more special, a third band - also a melodic death metal act from Sweden - has been announced! We're talking about Soilwork. The band, led by singer Björn "Speed" Strid, has been chosen to open this unique concert in Paris.
