Metal music takes over the capital in 2026! Once again, metal music concerts are set to abound in the capital over the coming months.
We start with Saxon. The band led by Biff Byford was due to take over the Paris Zénith in the autumn of 2025. However, due to the singer's health problems, the show has been postponed until spring 2026. This is an opportunity for those who haven't yet bought their tickets to catch up and attend this new tour entitled 'Castles & Eagles'.
Another must-see metal band in Paris in 2026? Amon Amarth! This renowned Scandinavian group is set to shake up the Zénith de Paris in October, promising a memorable show. The same venue in La Villette will host several other heavy acts next year, including Behemoth and Dimmu Borgir, the powerful American deathcore band Lorna Shore, as well as the theatrical Swedish band Avatar, and our beloved French favorites Ultra Vomit. The Zénith de La Villette will also host a double bill featuring Epica and Amaranthe, along with an epic night of metal including Kreator, Carcass, Exodus, and Nails.
Another date and another venue, as Paris La Défense Arena will host the British metal legends Iron Maiden for a concert celebrating their 50th anniversary! And fans shouldn't forget the return of Machine Head, promising an explosive show at the Olympia.
