Gojira fans are in the starting-blocks! After an incredible concert in Carcassonne this summer, the metal band from the Landes region of France is getting ready to hit the road again. From Reims to Strasbourg, via Lille, Rouen, Toulouse, Marseille, Clermont-Ferrand and Nice... Gojira will also be stopping off in Paris for a one-off, not-to-be-missed concert at theAccor Arena on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Joe, Mario, Christian and Jean-Michel will take advantage of the opportunity to play live their powerful songs taken from their various opuses, including the excellent"Fortitude", released in 2021.
But before the combo return to the Parisian venue, fans can warm up with two opening acts. So, who are they? Who will have the honor of opening for Gojira on this French tour?
The first of these is Comeback Kid. This hardcore punk band was formed in Winnipeg, Canada, in 2001. Comprising vocalist Andrew Neufeld, guitarists Jeremy Hiebert and Stu Ross, bassist Chase Brenneman and drummer Loren Legare, the combo now boasts seven studio albums, including"Heavy Steps", the latest of which was released in 2022.
This autumn, Comeback Kid arrives in Europe with a number of dates scheduled, notably in Great Britain and Germany. In France, Comeback Kid will be opening for Gojira.
Another name and second band to open for Gojira on this French tour? Neckbreakker. This five-piece death metal band from Denmark is currently on the rise. The Scandinavian combo has already played a number of European festivals, including Hellfest, Bloodstock, Summer Breeze, Resurrection Fest and the Inferno Festival.
In fact,Neckbreakker has already been booked for next year's Copenhell, Rock Hard Festival and Bloodstock. Before that, Neckbreakker will be making a stopover in France as support act for Gojira, and will be showing what they're made of!
