Junior Eurovision 2025: French contestant, running order, favorites... everything you need to know

On Saturday, December 13, 2025, the city of Tbilisi in Georgia will host the 23rd edition of Junior Eurovision, following Andria Putkaradze's victory last year. So who is representing France this year and with what song? Who are the favorites and what is the running order? Here's everything you need to know about the 2025 edition of Junior Eurovision.

While we don't yet know whowill representFrance in the next Eurovision contest, young Lou Deleuzewill be trying to clinch victory in the new edition ofJunior Eurovision. OnSaturday, December 13, 2025, the city of Tbilisi, Georgia, will host the new and 23rd edition of Junior Eurovision, following Andria Putkaradze's victory last year.

The biggest singing competition for children aged 9 to 14 will be broadcast live on France 4from 5 p.m.Stéphane Bern will be commentating on the event with Zoé Clauzure, France's representative and winner of the 2023 competition in Nice. 

Lou Deleuze, the French contestant in 2025

Eleven-year-oldLou Deleuze will have the daunting task of representing France on December 13. Best known for her appearance on the 19th season of "La France a un incroyable talent" (France's Got Talent),Lou Deleuze has also appeared in several short and feature films, including Nicolas Pariser's "Le Parfum vert" in 2022, Fabrice Du Welz's "Maldoror" in 2024, and Valentine Cadic's "Le Rendez-vous de l'été" in 2025. Unlike previous French representatives in the competition, Lou Deleuze has never participated in "The Voice Kids." 

In an attempt to bring the trophy back to France, Lou Deleuze will perform the song " Ce monde" (This World), written and composed by Linh, a rising star on the French music scene.

But Lou Deleuzewill have to face 17 other competitors, all determined to climb to the top of the podium.

A total of 18 countries will participate in the 2025 edition of theJunior Eurovision Song Contest.

Junior Eurovision 2025, the 3 favorites

According to the bookmakers, three countries are the favorites and pose a real threat to France. They are Armenia, Poland, and Ukraine.

Junior Eurovision 2025, running order

After a draw, France will be the 17th country to take the stage in the small hall of the Olympic Palace in Tbilisi, just after Cyprus and before Albania.
