The Cure in concert at Domaine national de Saint-Cloud in 2026 to close Rock en Seine

Four years after their last concert in Paris and seven years after their memorable show at Rock en Seine, The Cure announce their return to the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud, to bring the festival in the Hauts-de-Seine region to a fitting close. Mark your calendars: on Sunday August 30, 2026, Robert Smith and his bandmates will be performing a unique show at Rock en Seine. The legendary British cold-wave band will defend their latest studio opus, "Songs of a Lost World", live.

Every Cure concert brings joy to its many fans. This new date for the legendary British cold wave band is no exception. After seducing Rock festival-goers in 2019, The Cure has announced its return to the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud on Sunday August 30, 2026, to close out the next edition of the Ile-de-France festival in style. The Cure is the first confirmed headliner for Rock en Seine 2026.

During this show at Rock en Seine, Robert Smith and his cohorts will surely take the opportunity to perform some of their old hits live, including " Boys Don't Cry ", " A Forest ", " Close To Me " and " Just Like Heaven ".

But Robert Smith, bassist Simon Gallup, drummer Jason Cooper, keyboardist Roger O'Donnell and guitarist Reeves Gabrels are also set to perform several tracks from their 14th studio opus, entitled"Songs of a Lost World". Released in November 2024, this was the band's first album since 2008's"4:13 Dream". Recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales,"Songs of a Lost World" was written and arranged by Robert Smith, with production by Paul Corkett, who was already behind"Bloodflowers" in 2000.

Since then, rumors have been swirling about a new release in 2026... So, could The Cure also take advantage of this opportunity to play some new material live?
