The Pitchfork Music Festival Paris 2026 returns to Paris venues with a lineup spanning indie rock, pop and electronic music. The festival carries on the spirit of the webzine it is named after: discovering artists while bringing together several music scenes.
Launched in Chicago in 2006, the festival set up in Paris in 2011 at the Grande Halle de la Villette. Bon Iver, Aphex Twin, Washed Out, Real Estate, Wild Beasts, Lykke Li and Jens Lekman were on the bill for this first French edition. After nine editions at the venue, the event expanded to several venues across the capital.
The lineup has changed since the first announcements. At Main Room, Elias Rønnenfelt replaces Iceage. Dragonflies’ concert at Élysée Montmartre has been canceled. Headache, DIIV, AMORE, ear, Bassvictim, Common Saints and Nirosta Steel are among the acts still on the festival bill, at Badaboum, Trabendo and the other partner venues.
Pitchfork Avant-Garde keeps its music discovery trail around Bastille, featuring Arima Ederra, Becky and the Birds, Good Health Good Wealth and Lido Pimienta. The club nights round out this exploration of contemporary music.
