It’s often said that music has the power to soothe the soul. And it’s true. No wonder festivals are sprouting up all over the capital starting in March. So, for those craving a bit of sweetness, here’s a preview of the must-attend music festivals coming to Paris and Île-de-France this spring 2026.

Summer is a great time for music festivals, but spring is just as good. It's at this time of year that the first festivals spring up, much to the delight of live music fans. Often anxious, artists take advantage of this period to warm up and fine-tune their shows before facing the summer madness.

Furthermore, several music festivals come alive in the capital each spring; notable among them are the Cercle Festival, known for its high-quality electronic line-up hosted in Seine-Saint-Denis, the We Metal Fest in Essonne with its explosive lineup dedicated to extreme music, and the famous Marvellous Island Festival, which attracts numerous electronic music lovers to Torcy every year.

Let's not forget the must-see and highly fashionable We Love Green, taking place annually in early June. As always, this eco-conscious festival kicks off the musical festivities in Paris. Also, keep an eye out for the Chorus des Hauts-de-Seine returning to La Seine Musicale this spring after a break in 2025.
