On Friday, September 13, Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15, 2024, the Musée de la Vie Romantique in Paris is organizing its big "Romantic Weekend" with, on the program, numerous free events open to all.

From September 13 to 15, 2024, join us at the most romantic of Parisian museums: the Musée de la Vie Romantique, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris for the Grand Weekend romantique, an unprecedented event, but above all, free and open to all!

How about a weekend of... Romantic? In any case, that's what the Musée de la Vie Romantique has in store for you this September, with a jam-packed three-day program of festivities: DJ set, open-air cinema, exclusive tours of the collections, storytelling tours, children's party (with entertainer, make-up and tutti quanti), creative workshops... And on this exceptional weekend, admission is free and open to all!

On the program for this romantic weekend:

Friday, September 13

  • Open-air cinema, 7.15pm to 10.30pm
  • showing of episodes from Romantic Army

Saturday, September 14th

  • Explosive visits by Champion and Ultrason (modern clown duo), several sessions from 10am to 12:30pm
  • Les contes de Laure, several sessions from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., duration 30 min.
  • Animation stands (fan-making and coloring), continuous from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Musical and theatrical sessions, several sessions, from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
  • Children's party (ages 3 to 12) with DJ, entertainer and make-up artist, 4 pm to 6 pm
  • DJ set in the garden and exceptional nocturne in the exhibition, 6:30 pm to 11 pm

Sunday, September 15

  • Explosive visits by Champion and Ultrason (modern clown duo), several sessions from 10am to 12:30pm, ages 11 and up.
  • Histoires éternelles based on Grimm, Andersen and Pérault, 10:30 am, ages 8 and up.
  • Musical ambience in the garden, from 2:30pm to 6pm

This is your last chance to discover the exhibition based on Géricault's famous painting "Les chevaux ", especially as the museum will be closing for a while to undertake renovation work. So, let's make the most of this romantic weekend!
