Ardif presents "Felines Mechanimal", an urban art exhibition on the world of felines - our photos

This autumn, street art lovers are in heaven. And with good reason, there's no shortage of exhibitions and other events dedicated to urban art in Paris. Of course, there's the exceptional opening of the Mausolée in the 19th arrondissement, but also a JonOne retrospective, a beautiful tribute to Miss.Tic, a bar taken over by the Bombasphères, a collective installation at the Nature Forte gallery and the return of the street art festival at the Poste du Louvre.

And the list doesn't end there. Urban Signature also returns to the capital with a new solo exhibition by street artist Ardif! While studying architecture, the French artist became interested in the aesthetics of buildings and machines at different scales. Today, his creations are based on possible hybridizations between architecture/machinery and nature, as evidenced by his famous "mechanimals" series. His work leads us to question the wild, primitive instinct that we need to rediscover in our urban lives.

This autumn, with Urban Signature, Ardif presents"Felines Mechanimal", a small urban art exhibition on the world of felines in Paris. Get ready to admire a series of these sublime mammals reinterpreted by Ardif and its unique artistic style. For the occasion, some fifteen original works on canvas and art paper are on display, all imagined around three themes: mythology, pop culture and realism. These include a snow leopard, the Pink Panther and a little kitten with endearing eyes! This installation is sure to delight admirers of the artist, street art enthusiasts and feline lovers of all kinds. Due to the small number of works on display, the installation can be visited fairly quickly.

So, when and where should you go to discover this new solo exhibition byArdif in Paris? Ardif's creations can be admired in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, at Galerie Joseph Charlot, not far from République. And you've only got five days to contemplate them, since the"Felines Mechanimal" exhibition is not to be missed from Wednesday October 8 to Sunday October 12, 2025, from 11am to 7pm. The vernissage is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 6pm to 9pm. And as always with Urban Signature, this installation is free of charge, so make the most of it!

And for collectors, two limited editions of the original works are on sale on the Urban Signature website. Another surprise: Ardif has created three collages of his felines in the vicinity of the gallery. One is on rue de Franche Comté, the other on rue de la Corderie.
