Phénomèn'Art 2025: the giant street-art festival in Val-de-Marne and Paris

Phénomèn'Art is the street art festival taking place in several towns in the Val-de-Marne and in Paris, from October 10 to 12, 2025. On the program: workshops, walks, street art initiations and meetings with artists!

To discover or rediscover street-art and urban arts in the company of professionals and enthusiasts, the Val-de-Marne returns with the Phénomèn'Art festival. From October 10 to 12, 2025, several towns in the département and the 12th and 13th arrondissements of Paris will be hosting a host of artistic events for which you can register, for between 7 and 22 euros, and sometimes free of charge.

On the program: urban strolls, exhibitions, live performances, artistic initiations, urban dance, studio visits, meetings with artists... for a weekend under the sign of art! Some itineraries even combine two experiences, so you can observe street art while enjoying participatory artistic stops.

Big names such as Andrew Wallas, Khwezi, Levgtah, Max 132, Niko JGC, Tom Brikx and Mr Byste will be on hand all weekend long. Please note that some events are free of charge, and can be booked in advance. In any case, remember to book your rides and initiations in advance!

Phénomèn'Art highlights towns with a history of street-art, from over 50 years in Vitry-sur-Seine to over 30 years in Fontenay-sous-Bois, as well as those that have developed a more recent policy, such as Gentilly, Alfortville and Ivry-sur-Seine, celebrating urban cultures while blurring the boundaries between the capital and the suburbs, thanks to the two participating Parisian arrondissements.
