Harry Potter: 25 years of La Gazette du Sorcier at La Ferme du Buisson

Just a few days after your return to Hogwarts, on September 27, 2025, from 9am to 1am, the Gazette du Sorcier will be celebrating its anniversary: 25 years of magical news, games, events of all kinds and, above all, 25 years of love for the world ofHarry Potter. For the occasion, the Ferme du Buisson in Noisiel (77) is opening its doors for a day of madness, with a festival for mischievous witches and wizards!

La Gazette du Sorcier, the oldest French-language Harry Potter news website, invites you to a day of celebrations, festivities and themed events, as well as meetings and book signings with guests linked to the young wizard's universe - organizers of Harry Potter role-playing games and trips, artists from the magical world, illustrators from the saga, and dubbing actors and French voices from the films.

The day's events include a themed toy library, treasure hunts, an introduction to quadball (a Muggle adaptation of Quidditch), quizzes of all kinds, official board games and a large magic market. Artisans, designers and retailers offer souvenirs and trinkets for a few gold Gallions or a handful of Mornilles. You can also try your hand at winning prizes up for grabs during the day's activities!

Guests include France's first Harry Potter youtuber, Vous Savez Qui (248k subscribers); videographers Il était une moldue, Camelia Le Monde de Harry Potter and Ravenclau, as well as the very popular Fréquence 9 ¾ podcast, which will be recording a live episode. Bruno Liance, author-illustrator who notably designed the covers of the books Le Quidditch à travers les âges, Les Contes de Beedle le Barde, and Vie et habitat des animaux fantastiques, works from the world of Harry Potter, will also take part in a round-table discussion and book signings. Other guests, some of them new to this type of event, will be announced in the coming weeks.

In the evening, it's show time! La Ferme du Buisson hosts a performance of PotterMania, a musical parody of the saga, a concert and a dance party. There are plenty of surprises in store, all of them far more pleasant than the strange scents of Bertie Crochue's sugared almonds.
