In France, 12 million people (80% of them invisible) are affected by a disability. Held throughout France on June 14, 2025 , the Nuit du Handicap aims to put an end to prejudice and clichés by offering fun activities designed to bring together strangers, with or without disabilities, to share festive and inclusive moments of exchange.
This year, some forty French towns are taking part in the eighth Nuit du Handicap, including several in the Paris region: Bailly-Romainvilliers, Versailles, Le Vésinet, Issy-les-Moulineaux and Boulogne-Billancourt ! The program for this free event, open to all, includes aperitifs, concerts, DJ sets, film screenings, culinary workshops, handisport competitions and artistic demonstrations.
Discover sports adapted for people with disabilities, such as boccia, paracanoe and seated volleyball, as well as Braille writing. The Nuit du Handicap showcases a wide range of talent, from comedy and dance to music and theater!
