Every year, during Disability Month, a number of activities, meetings and cultural events are organized in France and in Paris. The aim is to make the general public aware of the needs and obstacles faced by people with disabilities, while enabling them to take advantage of activities and events suitable for all.
Live shows, round-table discussions, concerts, art therapy, exhibitions, film screenings, board games, guided tours... A wide variety of events are on offer for both able-bodied and disabled people during this dedicated month.
To round off these weeks of discovery and sharing, the City of Paris and the Ad'Rev association are organizing the bal arrangé, an inclusive, festive ball open to all, to be experienced this Saturday, July 5, 2025 at the Bassin de la Villette. The theme of this year's ball is Brazil. Breaking taboos and changing mentalities: that's the aim of this event where people with disabilities lead the dance.
For a whole afternoon, dancers are invited to come and enjoy themselves on this open-air dance floor. Professional and amateur dancers, the disabled and the able-bodied: all come together to share a warm , friendly and lively musical moment. The bal arrangé is free of charge, but reservations are strongly recommended.
This festive event is also part of the City of Paris' summer program.
