Whether you're on vacation, when the weather is nice beau or not-so-nice froid, the zoos et ménageries are among the must-do outings with kids: whatever their age, it’s a chance to discover the animals and to care for them... Like at the Hi-Han Park in Roissy-en-Brie.
Here you’ll meet a quirky cast of residents with hooves, fur or beaks: donkeys, ponies, sheep, goats, pigs, ducks, turkeys, geese, hens, roosters... who live at the animal park all year round. In fact, the Hi-Han park is a human-scale place, where it’s possible to approach, caress or even feed some of the park’s residents : for an authentic farm immersion, you won’t find a better spot! Since 1996, the park has been run by an association (HI HAN) and a team of volunteers, who look after the park’s upkeep and the animals’ welfare... year-round.
Unlike traditional zoos that can quickly become very expensive when you have to buy tickets for several children and several adults, the parc Hi-Han has opted for a single entry price for everyone and, above all, less than €5: €4 to enter for both children and adults, and even cheaper if you buy a ten-entry card, while kids under two enter for free! A great outdoor outing, especially when the weather is nice, and a smart plan to take advantage of.
