Silent Zoo 2026: two quirky dance nights at Paris Zoological Park this summer

Buoyed by the success of previous years, the Parc Zoologique de Paris relaunches its Silent Zoo events on Thursdays July 16 and August 6, 2026, described as Nocturnes with a twist. These little specials blend a zoo visit with DJ sets! The idea is to experience the zoo from a fresh perspective, with a dose of music. To avoid disturbing the animals, the music is heard with headphones plugged in!

We start by strolling through the park's alleys in a musical lounge atmosphere, with a drink in hand. In a group or on your own, with friends or family, you'll learn more about this 14.5-hectare zoo imagined in 1934 and now made up of 5 biozones that reproduce the environment of over 200 different species: Patagonia, Africa, Europe, Amazonia-Guyana and Madagascar.

Until 10 p.m., enjoy activities such as animal feedings, guided animal introductions, and chats with the park teams. Then you'll have a choice between three DJs, covering three musical styles! Equipped with your wireless headset, you simply step out to meet the furry, feathered, and scaly animals, switching between the three audio channels in your ears to experience your visit in a new way and show off your best dance moves through the park's lanes. If you want to sing, just be careful not to blast the neighboring animals' ears, of course!

Until 1 a.m., the zoo’s forecourt welcomes you to keep on dancing, chilling on the loungers, or grabbing a bite, in a mood of joy and good vibes, as it turns into an outdoor dance floor! This year, you’re invited to follow the dress code inspired by pink flamingos! Original, all-music evenings await at the Paris Zoological Park, for ages 13 and up.
