The Parisian calendar is like a masquerade ball: as winter fades away, towns come out with drums and confetti to celebrate good cheer. From Paris to Thiais, passing through Vincennes, Asnières-sur-Seine, Pontoise, and L'Isle-Adam, parades have already paved the streets. The next festive stop: Houilles’ 2026 Carnival in the Yvelines (78), scheduled for Saturday, March 14.
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., at Abbé Grégoire Square, the city turns into a giant stage: stilt-walkers, marching band, vibrant costumes, and a shower of confetti herald three hours of celebration for all ages.
