An opportunity to discover this botanical garden of the city of Paris, a veritable technical feat created in 64 days following a bet between Queen Marie-Antoinette and her brother-in-law the Comte d'Artois in 1775. Together, the Château de Bagatelle and its park form a remarkable, timeless setting, renowned for its magnificent rose garden and 19th-century Chinese-style pagoda.
The Parc de Bagatelle is made up of small gardens grouping flowers by species - the iris garden, the perennial garden and the jardin des Présentateurs are the most important. Small bridges, rocks, grottoes, water mirrors and artificial waterfalls also criss-cross the wooded canopy of gigantic trees. If you haven't already discovered it, now's the time to take a stroll through this beautiful Parisian park!
