Summer is all about colorful, vitamin-packed fruits and vegetables. So what better way than to pick them yourself, right in the field, at one of the region's pick-your-own orchards? *

Whether you've got a green thumb or not, pick-your-own is something everyone can agree on: even the most ingenious of budding gardeners can turn themselves into true professionals who know all there is to know about seasonal fruits and vegetables. All you have to do is follow the picking instructions to the letter (or almost to the letter), so as not to rip up the whole zucchini plant when you pick one, and above all, so as not to damage the plants when harvesting the garden's precious fruits and vegetables.
