After training at Hotel Jules & Jim bar, Portuguese bartender Ricardo Vicente now runs his own place, called Dragon et Phénix. Nestled in Paris 3rd arrondissement, this bar perfectly combines sweet and savory dishes and beverages, the whole in a relaxing atmosphere.

Cocktail lovers, head to Paris 3rd arrondissement to discover – if you haven’t yet – Dragon & Phénix.

Behind this rather seducing name, we find Ricardo Vicente. Former Hotel Jules & Jim bar bartender in Paris, he chose to take over a former massage salon and turn it into a cozy and chic cocktail bar.

Sat on a stool covered with grass, we enjoy different beverages available on the menu including the famous cocktails: classics, old school or creation, the choice is all yours!

Discover the “Dragon Breath” (Tequila, egg white, homemade spices and agave syrup), “The 71” (based on Pisco, fresh cilantro, lime juice, pineapple), “The Yellow Phénix” (based on Gin, Saint-Germain, fresh celery, passion fruit) or the irresistible “Ginger Kiss” (vodka, cream of wild strawberry, ginger, strawberries).

Dragon et Phénix

To accompany them, the master of the place offers salads, boards to share, buns and even the famous Tricana cans from Lisbon.
