Despite the current health crisis, a number of new venues are opening their doors in Paris. Such is the case with Drinks&Co. Nestled at N°106 bis, rue Saint-Lazare, this new establishment has thought big. Imagine a magnificent, spacious 500m² space, conceived by designer Olivier Saguez, where several universes blend together: a cocktail bar, a boutique, an e-shop corner and two spaces for hosting masterclasses, one of which is hidden!
Entirely dedicated to the world of wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages, Drinks&Co is sure to arouse the curiosity of French and foreign epicureans looking for new experiences in Paris.
Once the bars are allowed to reopen, it will be possible to discover the Drinks&Co bar, featuring the excellent " Cocktails miroirs " concept devised by mixologist and consultant Guillaume Guerbois, who is responsible for creating the cocktails and selecting the Drinks&Co cellar. The concept? Each " mirror cocktail " unveils an original recipe, offered in an alcoholic or non-alcoholic version, containing the same ingredients and promising to offer the same taste characteristics. We're telling you, it's going to be amazing!
To make these cocktails to perfection, Drinks&Co has called on John Benoliel as bar manager. And he won't be alone to satisfy your taste buds, since he'll be surrounded by Taeeun(ex-Charles H, Seoul), Lucas (ex-American Bar at the Savoy, London), Zita (ex-Milk & Honey, London), and Smaïl (la Brisa, Bali). While you're waiting to discover these ingenious beverages on site, Drinks&Co offers takeaway cocktails for €10.
To top it all off, the bar will welcome several iconic bartenders from around the world. All will share their talents during unique residencies. And to top it all off, there's a gourmet restaurant offering. On the menu? Drinks&Co ceviche, whiskey-spiked ribs, gin and tonic vacherin.
Drinks&Co is also committed to discovery and learning, with a program of masterclasses led by international bartenders, aimed at both novices and experts. What's more? 30-minute discovery workshops, available all day long, without prior reservation, at a cost of 18 euros. An opportunity to learn more about the world of spirits!
In the meantime, Drinks&Co is waiting to unveil its boutique, with over 1,000 references from all over the world. We can't help but be impressed by the number of references andexclusives to be discovered in the boutique. These include around 200 wines and champagnes, as well as a wide range of non-alcoholic and low-alcoholic products, including the famous " hard seltzers ", syrups and non-alcoholic CBD drinks. And because Drinks&Co thinks first and foremost of your palate, the concept store gives you the chance to taste before you buy, whatever the product, and to talk to the Drinks&Co team of experts.
