Here's an address that will pique the curiosity of beer lovers! L.B.F. (La Brasserie Fondamentale) is creating a surprise this fall by opening its first taproom in Paris! With this new tasting space, located in the heart of the Strasbourg-Saint-Denis district, La Brasserie Fondamentale unveils a unique venue that is both friendly and welcoming, where craft beer is obviously the star of the show, but not the only attraction...
To accompany these 100% L.B.F. beers, served on tap and produced responsibly, chef Eloi Spinnler has created a range of dishes to share. On the menu? A dozen gourmet, high-quality suggestions, including melt-in-the-mouth burrata from the Frescolet dairy, a tasty olive cream, hummus, coppa toast, dry sausage and Espelette AOP pepper pâté from Maison Montalet, not to mention desserts for those with a sweet tooth!
When it comes to beer, the L.B.F. taproom focuses on the house favorites, including organic Pale Ale andorganic IPA, but also offers a few seasonal beers, such as a Porter with hints of chestnut, an apricot cherry beer, and a Triple. Expect to pay between €4 and €5 for a half-pint and between €6.50 and €9 for a pint.
Remember thatL.B.F.opened its first location in Paris, nestled in the Pigalle district. With another location based in Bordeaux and new openings planned in the capital,La Brasserie Fondamentale is spreadingits wings and intends to quench the thirst of a large number of beer lovers.
