From September 2010, the mythical ice bar, "Ice Kube by Greygoose" of the Kube hotel changes its face to offer you a new decor: the replica of a room of the KUBE Hotel with bathroom, bedroom, lounge area and private bar made of 20 tons of ice. After suffering from the heat all summer long, there's nothing like a little evening at the Ice Kube by Grey Goose to change your mind, appreciate the new decor and taste the vodka-based cocktails in a new place in Paris!
The Ice KUBE by Grey Goose
invites you to taste 4 Grey Goose vodka-based cocktails in
ice glasses, in 30-minute sessions. Before entering this unusual place
, you will put on parkas from the brand PYRENEX to enter a
universe at -10°C: this collection of chic, warm and comfortable down jackets
is designed by the creator Alexis Mabille. The kuber accesses the Ice
KUBE by Grey Goose after passing through a
airlock illuminated with black fluorescent lights, confusing, in the spirit of the
hotel room access corridors.
Illuminated with red LEDs, the ice suite, of about 50 m2 -covered with a thick grey carpet
- combines "Kubism", frost, ice and new
technologies.
As in the real rooms of the KUBE Hotel, you will first discover the bathroom of its suite. A rain
of crystallized water filled the bathtub for an invigorating bath. Nearby
of the square basin, beauty products, mirror, towel, hairdryer,
slippers ... are frozen in the ice. You will then access the private bar
with its lounge area. Installed near a fireplace animated by flames, seated at
hollow armchairs caught in the ice, he savors the creations of the bartender and
lets himself be captivated by the broadcasting of a film on a flat screen LCD.
Then, it's the barman of the Ice KUBE by Grey Goose, who will welcome you behind his counter of
ice and will propose you his original recipes based on Grey Goose vodka.
Inspired by the finger food tasting menu, these cocktails propose a playful and surprising way of
consumption like the pipette of Grey Goose
"The Original" with mashmallow or the verrine of quince and its
emulsion with Grey Goose vodka "The Lemon".
Totally delirious: in the
bedroom, you will have a drink lying on a 160 x
200 cm ice bed covered with a PYRENEX goose feather comforter and soft pillows
to live the great thrill! On the music side, a festive and
bewitching program will invite you to dance, take pictures and have fun in this welcoming environment
with every Thursday, exclusively, the broadcasting in
of the best of Radio FG House Chic.
After the last session of the ice bar, at 2am, guests who have
