May 30 and 31, 2026, the Premiers Jus fair invites you to the Rotonde Stalingrad to discover its carefully curated selection of natural and living wines... before you party with the curious and the connoisseurs!

To buck the trend of the big trade shows, SOIF unveils the 5th edition of Premiers Jus, the natural and living wine fair that bets on a new generation of artisans and winemakers. On May 30 and 31, 2026, the event is set at the Rotonde Stalingrad to showcase the work of around thirty winemakers, distillers, cidermen, brewers and even makers of non-alcoholic beverages.

What they all have in common is that they've all been in existence for less than three years, and are driven by a desire to "produce differently, as close as possible to the living world, in direct contact with matter, the soil and the seasons". An opportunity to taste, understand, exchange and question new ways of doing things (well), between amateurs, strollers and enlightened wine drinkers.

Following Saturday's tasting on May 30, the celebration will continue outdoors with DJ sets in the spirit of Rotonde Stalingrad. Yes indeed, after a lively party, it’s time for a dancefloor party! Starting at 6 p.m., the DJs (names to be announced very soon) will light up the turntables.

The must-see? The party is free (subject to availability)! As for the salon, on Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm, expect 10€ l'entrée!
