Christophe Adam has struck again! The chef behind the L'Eclair de Génie brand has set up a new restaurant in the 18th arrondissement of the capital, the Café - L'Eclair de Génie.

Who hasn't yet succumbed to the delicious gourmet creations offered by L'Eclair de Génie? It was in 2012 that Chef Christophe Adam launched his pastry shop concept on rue Pavée in Paris.

Very quickly, his large collection of eclairs and chocolate candies satisfies the palates of the most gourmands.

Christophe Adam multiplies his stores in the capital (Carrousel du Louvre, Odeon, Lafayette Gourmet, Réaumur...) to the point of opening a store in Tokyo, Japan.

Today, the famous Chef goes even further by opening, in the 18th district, the Café - L'Eclair de Génie.
