Saint Nicholas Day is a popular traditional celebration in many Northern Europe countries. In Lorraine, the patron saint is celebrated in cities and villages on December 6 every year.
For the third year in a row the “Les Lorrains à Paris” association, Paris 9th arrondissement town hall, city of Nancy, city of Saint-Nicolas-de-Port and Lorraine pâtissier Sébastien Gaudard expect you rue des Martyrs in early December.
On the menu: Saint Nicholas Day parade, signed pictures with Saint Nicholas, candies giveaway and Black Peter will be taking care of small rascal, and marching band coming straight from Saint-Nicolas-de-Port. The date of this traditional celebration will be announced very soon, so, stay tuned!
