You may not know it, but pastry chef Yann Couvreur has opened a new gourmet patisserie in Paris. After Avenue Parmentier and Rue des Rosiers, the unmissable Parisian pastry chef has opened a patisserie in the Batignolles district, in the capital's 17th arrondissement!
The green hues of the Yann Couvreur Legendre boutique evoke the herbs the pastry chef uses to take us on a journey in his creations: basil, coriander, purple shiso, tarragon and mint. On the floor, a beautiful Hungarian tile pattern.
And in the well-stocked display cases, of course, Yann Couvreur's thousand-and-one signature delights, for every moment of the day: the croissant for breakfast, the Paris-Brest for dessert, the vanilla flan for afternoon tea... Yann Couvreur's e-shop also offers a click & collect service.
At the moment, there's a tangerine lemon thyme tart with spring flavors, chocolate-tonka cake, kouglof, orange blossom chouquettes, vanilla-caramel brioche.... We don't know about you, but we're hooked!
So why not drop in on this new boutique during a stroll through the Batignolles district? Let's go, gourmands!
