If you think a Sunday without brunch is a Sunday missed, then Paris is the perfect playground for gourmet discoveries. In the four corners of the capital, the best addresses reveal great formulas for all tastes. For Sunday brunchers in search of an escape, here's a surprising stopover full of flavors that awaits you throughout the month of March.
Head to Paris's 11th arrondissement to push open the doors of Maison Bréguet. In this temple of cocooning, we discover a trendy restaurant in a soothing setting, bathed in daylight thanks to its beautiful glass roof. Every Sunday, Maison Bréguet invites us to enjoy a gourmet rendez-vous for bruncheurs. In collaboration with coffee shop La Main Noire, the hotel's relaxed, chill vibe will unveil an original menu throughout the month of March.
For the month of March, we're introducing a brunch that combines the Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine of Maison Bréguet chef Suha Ozkan with the gourmet flavors that are the soul of La Main Noire. Here, everything is concocted from local, seasonal produce. The menu, priced at €55 per person (€65 with a glass of champagne), includes an all-you-can-eat sweet and savory buffet, a choice of hot beverage, fresh homemade fruit juices, a hot dish with your choice of garnish, and eggs.
A stopover in front of the open kitchen reveals, among other things, viennoiseries (of course), a goat's crown from Père Fabre, cheeses from Maison Sanders, spreads from Maison Laurino - in short, a fine cast that sounds familiar to the ears of Parisian gourmets. These delicacies rub shoulders with surprising specialties such as black sesame hummus, as well as regressive treats like irresistible rice pudding. All in all, a high-quality buffet that whets the appetite.

The choice of eggs was a difficult one, but in the end we opted for the creamy scrambled eggs on top of a stone muffin, as well as the avocado toast, a brunch staple topped with a poached egg. As for the main courses, we couldn't pass up this month's exclusive recipe from Main Noire: the perfect egg, tava mushrooms, potato pressé topped with a beef pastirma and a tava meat jus.
A dish with a comforting, exotic flavour, but with a light touch. For those who prefer an English touch, the Gourmet Fish & Chips with its bistro fries and tartar sauce is a must.
To accompany this favorite brunch, La Main Noire's famous lattes are on the menu. Showcasing superfoods without compromising on taste, these are a must. From the sweet bitterness of the Matcha Latte to the spicy flavors of the Golden Milk and the cocoa notes of the Pink Latte, these comforting drinks are a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
Maison Bréguet unveils a sophisticated brunch formula that leaves room for boldness and culinary discoveries, without depriving us of the sure-fire essentials for a gourmet Sunday. A gentle invitation to get off the beaten track!
