A good spot to enjoy a moment of greed in the heart of a beautiful green setting. This is what Le Perchoir offers us with a concept that encourages us to go green. In the Bois de Vincennes, this group, known for its perched addresses, has come to make its nest in the Chalet des Îles, on the edge of the lake of Daumesnil.
This former Swiss pavilion from the second half of the 19th century has now been transformed into a place to live that looks like a country house, where everyone is welcome: couples, friends, families, children, and everyone has something to offer. In short, a perfect concept to offer to Parisians of a day and of all times a stopover both greedy and relaxed.
We discover an anachronistic concept, with a bar that plunges us into the Victorian era while proposing a gin cocktail menu whose bucolic recipes echo the surrounding landscape as well as signature creations with a warm spirit and floral inspired mocktails.
Among the favorites is the Firelight Reading, a creation with smoky accents composed of Mezcal, yellow lemon, rosemary, apricot and organic lemonade. Every Thursday night, theVictorian lounge is transformed into a piano bar and invites you to live a moment out of time during which you will sing alongside Martial Paoli.
To accompany all this, a snack offer imagined by Manon Fleury, including mimosa eggs, herb mayonnaise and pumpkin seed praline, as well as seafood with, according to the arrivals, oysters, shrimps or even whelks. The chef is also at the helm of the restaurant until April 23, 2023 and offers a 5 to 7 course menu that can be accompanied by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairing as well as a children's menu. Something for everyone to agree on!
The last stop of this country rendezvous: the Cabane de l'Île. On weekends, in the middle of the afternoon, children and adults enjoy pancakes and waffles. In the evening, the Perchoir's resident DJs can come in to set the mood. When the weather is fine, yoga classes and barbecues are also available. So, summer or winter, the Chalet des Îles has what it takes to become a must-see spot in Eastern Paris!
