The first Pablo Cheese Tart boutique has opened in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. We're off to discover this unusual new boutique-tea room dedicated to this unique pastry. The small tart, denser than the larger version, is made with thin, crisp pastry and a fresh cheese filling in a variety of flavors.

Also available: maxi versions to share (or not). Discover the classic cheese tart covered with apricot jelly, and a matcha version to come. Count €13.50 for the classic version and €15 for the matcha version.
To accompany these surprisingly melt-in-your-mouth pastries, treat yourself to a bubble tea, café latte or gourmet smoothie. Prices range from €1.80 for an espresso to €5 for a coconut café latte, and from €5.50 to €6.50 for bubble tea, matcha and other smoothies.
