At Kibo No Ki, the owners wanted a restaurant where people didn't just come to eat, but also to have fun. So they came up with the idea of offering the opportunity to try on a variety of kimonos and have your photo taken in the restaurant's various settings. So, at the end of your meal, you can try on a kimono with the various accessories provided, and off you go for the shoot.

The Kibo No Ki restaurant offers a variety of dining options. Outside, a lovely terrace awaits you in fine weather. You can also choose to eat in front of the counter with the cherry blossom tree, on the second floor with a bird's-eye view, or in the basement with its various Japanese decorations.

Then it's on to the menu. At Kibo No Ki, ramen and poke bowls are the stars. To ensure his ramen is top-notch, the chef trained at the RAJUKU ramen school with renowned teacher Koitani Takeishi. Here, everything is homemade, from the broths to the fresh noodles, all made with original flour to perfect the tasting experience.

Note that the place offers special broths adapted to halal eaters. In addition to the vegetarian version, Paitan Shio Ramen and Paitan Shoyo are made with halal chicken. A non-alcoholic chicken karaage version is also available.

Looking for something fresh? Kibo No Ki offers a wide range of revisited poke bowls. Of course, you'll also find gyozas, takoyakis and other classic appetizers. Various lunchtime menus are available.

The restaurant, which is more of a canteen at lunchtime, transforms into a sit-down restaurant in the evening. We love the freshness of the produce, the noodles and broth are perfect and the poke bowls ultra gourmet. There's plenty to enjoy. Are you a picky eater? Note that you can choose to compose your ramen or poke to your liking: base, proteins, vegetables, topping and sauces, it's up to you.

Once we've enjoyed our meal, it's time for the fittings. You can try on a kimono with the help of a hostess, but then it's up to you to remove it once the shoot is over.
