A few cat bars have been set up in the capital in recent years, but dog bars have been missing! From this month of May 2023, the very first doggy bar will be set up in Meaux, in the Seine-et-Marne region of France, and will welcome humans in need of canine cuddles, but also masters and their dogs who wish to spend a greedy moment together. Less than an hour from Paris, this place is entirely dedicated to the animal, with food and relaxation areas for dogs: grooming, osteopath and naturopath.
Just like in the cat bars, dogs looking for a loving family to adopt them will be present and will be able to cover you with cuddles! Coming from the association Hophophop, they are just waiting to go back with you, if you fall in love with them. Don't forget to reserve, especially if you want to bring your own dog with you, because you have to be careful that there are not too many dogs in the room, and that they are sociable. The ideal way to make friends!
For humans, a homemade and local menu is offered, and not only for snacks! Enjoy a lunch or a dinner, with on the menu: salmon gravlax guacamole, caesar salad, raw beef tartar, mixed board or even biquette raw ham salad! And on the sweet side, excellent chocolate coulants, pineapple cakes, macaroons, crème brûlées and brownies await you! Not to mention the animals, who can enjoy choice treats at your side, or chew on a toy at their leisure.
A showroom will even allow you to buy accessories (leashes, collars, cushions, etc.) made by designers, to make your dog the most stylish in the department. In short, the new meeting place for the plushies of Île-de-France!
