They're considered man's best friend. As you may have noticed, there are a lot of dogs in Paris. Just step out into the street and you'll come across several in just a few minutes. Small, medium or large, with light or dark coats, they have the incredible power to make us smile in any situation and lift our spirits when they're low. However, it's not always easy to go out with your pooch in the capital. In fact, some parks are off-limits to them.
But there are plenty of places open to them - you just have to find them, and a dog-friendly playground has even been created on the banks of the Seine. While there is as yet no dog-friendly café in Paris, as is already the case in Lille with Waf, several other addresses claim to be"dog friendly", while others bend over backwards to satisfy the slightest wish of your little fur ball, and you at the same time.
So what can you do in Paris with your dog? Here are a few ideas for outings that will delight our four-legged favourites!
