Pecking Order is a new London-based delivery service created to make our demanding taste buds try the warmth and comfort of Nashville’s authentic fried chicken. And would you believe it, but Pecking Order is coming to Hoxton with a spring-inspired pop-up store giving pride of place to fried chicken until late Spring!
Moving on to recipes, it is super quality; inspired by Nashville’s most iconic fried chicken places, the French free-range chicken is salted overnight before being double-dipped in special marinade based on buttermilk and tabasco to get the perfect crunch and crisp. Once fried, the chicken is covered in strong Cayenne pepper-based sauce in accordance with three different level of spicy – medium, hot, or boiling hot.
To pair this fried chicken the best way possible, go for one of the three indulging sides – mac’n’cheese, coleslaw, and pickles – and one of the 3 homemade cocktails to take away – Moscow Mule, Dark’n’Storym, and Tennessee Mule.
To enjoy everyday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., to take away or available on delivery via Deliveroo!
