Cheval Blanc Paris: reserve today Hakuba's Japanese cooking workshops for the 2026 Journées Particulières.

This year, Journées Particulières won’t just open doors—they’ll go behind the scenes in the kitchen. From October 16 to 18, 2026, the maisons of a renowned French luxury group invite the public to get up close with their trades, workshops and know‑how. At Cheval Blanc Paris, the tour takes a decidedly gourmet turn, with a program sharpened around the art of Japanese cuisine.

Since 2021, housed in the historic Samaritaine building, facing the Seine and the Pont Neuf, Cheval Blanc Paris brings together 72 rooms and suites, several restaurants, and dedicated wellness spaces. Conceived by Édouard François and Peter Marino, this urban address nails the details from décor to dining, while nurturing a contemporary art of hospitality.

For the 2026 edition, we’re heading to Hakuba, the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant. The chefs work ingredients with precision, play with textures, and refine every pairing, in a kitchen where nothing is left to chance.
