In a former private mansion in the heart of gastronomic Paris, Olvier Berté and his team welcome you to share their passion for cooking. With a long history, this workshop, created some ten years ago, welcomes private individuals to create tasty recipes with the Chef's advice.
Numerous themes are on the program throughout the year: French gastronomy, world cuisine, molecular cuisine, dietetic cuisine, patisserie...
For Olivier Berté, taste is: "One of the five senses that gives meaning to my passion! The pleasure of discovering new combinations or rediscovering familiar flavors. The right balance between flavors. That says it all. So, if you'd like to introduce your children's taste buds to local products and flavors with inventive and delicious recipes, don't hesitate. On the program: Kids taboulé with bulgur, apple nutella crumble with spelt, sushi and Makis with salmon and vegetables...
For 2 hours, children create a dish and a dessert, which they enjoy together at the end of the class.
Times: every Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (except vacations).

Number of participants: 8 to 10 children aged 7 and over.

Birthday party special:
To organize a birthday party, the children make the specialities, set up the festive table and enjoy their creations together. Together, we choose the details of your menu and adapt the decor to your wishes.
Children are supervised by a Chef and a commis.
Duration: 2 hours
Number of participants: 6 children aged 7 and over.
Price: €240 for 6 children. (€40 per child).
