The Trophées Fou de Pâtisserie were back for a third edition this Monday, December 4, 2023. Well-known to all sweet tooths, and much followed on social networks, this 100% sweet magazine also took advantage of this gala evening at the Théâtre de la Madeleine (of course!), to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

To elect this year's best patisseries, Julie Mathieu and Muriel Tallandier, the two founders of Fou de Pâtisserie, called on a jury made up of 12 personalities from the world of gastronomy - chefs, journalists and other influencers from the world of patisserie - who had to give of their forks by tasting 48 creations in order to elect the winners of this 2023 edition.

Here are the members of the jury:

  • Alessandra Montagne (Chef at Nosso restaurant in Paris)
  • Georgiana Viou (Chef, Rouge restaurant, Nimes)

  • Christian Le Squer (Chef, Le Cinq restaurant, Paris)
