Craving a matcha stop in the heart of Paris? Milia Matcha returns to La Samaritaine from October 3 to November 1, 2026 with a delectable pop-up featuring new drinks and pastries.

A year after settling into the Samaritaine, Milia Matcha is turning up the green. The brand founded by beauty YouTuber Andie Ella, which now runs a permanent counter in the store’s Espace Beauté, is back with a new ephemeral matcha bar, open from October 3 to November 1, 2026.

Fashion, beauty, food, design or lifestyle: pop-up stores are popping up all over Paris and Île-de-France. These temporary shops let you discover a brand, a collection or a new release, for a few days or weeks. [Read more]

This time, head to the ground floor of the Nouveau Building, open daily from 11 am to 7 pm, to discover a new gourmet selection. After the success of the signature Cherry Matcha drink offered at the previous edition, Milia Matcha now puts its Matcha Signature Banana in the spotlight. A recipe paired with the Matcha Signature Vanilla, one of the brand’s best-sellers.

On the pastry front, the counter also serves up two sweet options to pair with drinks: a Vanilla entremet and a Matcha entremet. A compact offering, designed for those looking to squeeze in a brief sugar break amid their wanderings at La Samaritaine.

The pop-up completes Milia Matcha’s permanent corner, installed on level -1 in the Beauty Space. There you’ll find the brand’s products centered on Japanese tea, along with a world that attracts matcha enthusiasts.

Launched in 2023, Milia Matcha quickly rose to France’s No. 1 Japanese matcha, according to Forbes, pulling in more than 1.8 million unique visitors to its site and €3 million in revenue in year one. This success story rests on a matcha 100% Japanese sourced from the Mie prefecture, featuring the rare Okumidori variety, naturally sweet and without bitterness.

Between the permanent corner and the pop-up bar, Milia Matcha is turning Samaritaine into the new Parisian HQ for matcha. Sipped on site or to-go, every visit is sure to win you over with its matcha charm.
