Gourmet alert! On June 6 and 7, 2026, Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol Paris will host a pop-up dedicated to the flans by pastry chef Maxence Barbot. Five limited-edition recipes will be offered on site: vanilla-pecan, pistachio, coconut, caramel puff pastry, and chocolate puff pastry.

Attention all flan enthusiasts! The Bristol is putting the spotlight on Maxence Barbot's flans for a weekend of gourmet indulgence. On June 6 and 7, 2026, l’Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol, located at 114 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, will offer a capsule collection entirely devoted to this classic pastry, brilliantly reinvented by the house's pastry chef.

The event runs for just these two days, with a series of creations available on site at a price of €22 each. For flan lovers in Paris (and we know there are many!), this gathering is not to be missed. Sweet-tooths will be delighted to rediscover no fewer than five variations imagined by Maxence Barbot.

The vanilla-pecan flan, already a crowd favorite, with vanilla cream and toasted pecan praline; the pistachio flan highlighting Sicilian pistachio in several forms (paste, praline, roasted shards); the coconut flan with coconut milk cream infused with fresh pulp; the caramel flan pairing caramelized puff pastry, caramel cream, fleur de sel and vanilla; and finally the chocolate flan crafted from a Madagascar grand cru selected from Nicolas Berger.
