Each summer, Paris sees a fresh wave of new ice-cream concepts bloom across the city. Reimagined cones, surprising flavors, spectacular desserts… venues push the boundaries of creativity and the lines lengthen in front of the ice shops everyone’s talking about. In this quest for chill, the Café Louis Vuitton, housed at LV Dream, opposite the Samaritaine, bets on two creations by Maxime Frédéric, conceived as true frozen pastries.

  • Chocolate · Skyr

Served in a chocolate shortcrust cone, this creation teams Tahitian vanilla caramel with a silky chocolate crémeux, crousticrepe shards, chocolate ice cream, vanilla and tonka bean skyr ice cream, marbled cubes, and a chocolate sauce.

  • Raspberry · Skyr

This version features a natural waffle cone, raspberry confit, fresh raspberries, raspberry sorbet, vanilla-tonka bean skyr ice cream, shards of crousticrepe, and raspberry sauce.

Mi-glace, mi-pâtisserie, these creations ride the wave of sophisticated frozen desserts washing over Paris. Enough to melt many gourmets!
