Maison Morin: a family story

Since 1989, Maison Morin has embodied artisanal excellence and a passion for flavor. A true local institution, the establishment delights with its refined creations, its commitment to everything being homemade, and its precise, creative craftsmanship.

Behind its elegant façade, a laboratory spanning more than 100 square meters and open to the shop offers a daily glimpse of the teams’ meticulous work, in a spirit of transparency and authenticity that has become rare. Here, every detail is carefully considered, starting with the raw ingredients selected by Victorien Morin.

New products to discover in the weeks ahead

Maison Morin continues to evolve its offerings with the seasons, without ever losing sight of its identity.

Already recognized as a must-visit foodie destination in Seine-et-Marne, the family-run establishment is banking this spring and summer 2026 on new savory and sweet ranges, created around fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The display cases are never static. From one week to the next, creations evolve, recipes change and products are crafted according to the ingredients available at the time. It’s a way for Maison Morin to surprise its loyal customers while staying true to what has earned it its reputation: flavor, high-quality ingredients and genuine artisanal expertise.

“We try to innovate as much as possible so that we can regularly offer our customers something new. The goal is for them to come back and discover something different, depending on the season, the products available and our inspiration,” explains Victorien Morin.

Choosing local produce and short supply chains

“For us, it’s essential to support livestock farmers, producers and farmers in our region. It’s a matter of common sense, quality and ethics. We’re lucky to have such wonderful products here in Seine-et-Marne, so we might as well showcase them whenever possible,” explains chef Victorien Morin.

A new sweet-and-savory range focused on seasonal produce

For this new season, the catering menu showcases iconic spring and summer produce: green asparagus, wild sea bass, cod, spring lamb, and meats sourced from trusted producers.

The goal: to offer fresh, generous catering to accompany everyday meals as well as events, outdoor lunches, and special occasions to share, such as birthdays and baptisms.

Alongside Benjamin, Victorien Morin is developing a range that is regularly updated.

“Benjamin, my sous-chef, and I are committed to working with good, fresh, local produce. We try to update our catering range as much as possible with the changing seasons. You won’t find the same products from one week to the next, and that’s exactly what allows us to offer new items and innovate,” explains chef Victorien Morin.

In pastry too, the spring-summer 2026 season brings new creations. Under Emma’s guidance, the house is offering fresher, fruitier desserts, with a real emphasis on seasonal produce.

For example, strawberries from Saveurs de Chailly-en-Bière feature in several creations. They are paired with Tahitian and Madagascan vanilla cream on a soft almond biscuit, making for a delicate, well-balanced dessert.

The Vanilla, Blueberry & Violet Entremet combines a light vanilla mousse, a blueberry center and a floral hint of violet, with an almond sponge and white chocolate crunch for added texture. Or try the Chocolate and Peanut Entremet, with its more intense flavors: chocolate mousse, a salted butter caramel center, crunchy peanuts and praline to bring structure and depth to the whole.

“In spring, we’re looking for more freshness without sacrificing indulgence. The idea is to strike the right balance with desserts that are still generous but feel lighter to eat, like the strawberry, mint and basil tart and the peach, thyme and lemon entremets,” Emma explains.
