For the start of the new school year, baker and pastry chefBenoit Castel has created Takelage, a Liège-style chocolate drink presented in the iconic school glass. After all, who hasn't looked at the bottom of their glass in the cafeteria and asked their neighbor, "How old are you?" 

At the bottom of the glass, Benoît Castel places a layer of cornflakes mixed with praline, covered with a spoonful of intense dark chocolate cream. He then adds a few pieces of crispy crumble and finally a few dollops of Madagascar vanilla whipped cream. Price: €5
