Summer “Made in California” at the Peninsula Paris

From June 27 to August 31, 2018, The Peninsula Paris offers you to dive into the pure Californian tradition.
Inspired by the group host sets in Beverly Hills, the Peninsula Paris refurbishes its Terrasse Kléber with LA colors.
Tropical plants, surfboards, flashy colors… We switch to made in California atmosphere.

In terms of food, the palace chef Christophe Raoux worked along with David Codney (The Peninsula Beverly Hills chef) to offer you a menu with neo-Californian trends.
On the menu of The Lobby and The Terrasse Kléber, healthy offerings. Acai bowl, avocado crumpet with egg or even a zero-cholesterol omelet for breakfast. To enjoy with a good detox juice of course!
Let’s not forget about dishes such as the chill nettle soup, fresh almond and hazelnut oil, or Obsiblue shrimp, kale cabbage, red lentils and pomegranate vinaigrette. And to end on a sweet note, red velvet cake based on raspberry and balsamic vinegar or a fresh fruit soup and its birch juice.
Craving a glass of wine? Go for the biodynamic Californian wines or you can rather go for a cocktail like the “Marion” (Tequila, lime and red pepper).
Everyday, a new playlist and from Tuesday to Saturday, from 6 p.m., live DJ sets.
