Rosamundi, a new 4-star hotel with a restaurant and swimming pool at the Puces de Saint-Ouen

Something new is coming to the heart of the Saint-Ouen Flea Market! Known for its antique dealers, secondhand shops and galleries, the town in Seine-Saint-Denis (93) will welcome a new hotel rated 4 stars starting in May 2027. The Rosamundi Hotel will offer 130 rooms, as well as several spaces open to both travelers and local residents.

And the hotel will have plenty to offer! Spread across 5,555 m² around a central courtyard, the future hotel will include a restaurant, a bar and a terrace where guests can stop by for a bite to eat or a drink without necessarily staying the night. Work and meeting spaces are also planned, along with a fitness room and a wellness area. A swimming pool is also due to complete the offering in September 2027, a few months after the hotel opens.

For the décor, interior designer Jessica Mille was chosen. Having worked on the Matsuri restaurants, Noir Coffee Shop cafés and Liberté bakeries, among other projects, she is making her hotel debut in the Paris region. Her inspiration? A mix of styles and eras, like the objects you can find at the Puces de Saint-Ouen.

The guest rooms and communal areas will blend references to the Grand Siècle, furniture with futuristic curves and materials that evoke the building’s industrial past. In the lobby, a large counter in stainless steel and onyx will bring together the reception desk and bar, among other features. A space dubbed the “dream laboratory” will also showcase a selection of objects evoking memories and collective imagination.
