The Belleval hotel restaurant: seasonal, balanced cuisine, next to Saint-Lazare

At lunchtime, it's the place to be for colleagues or friends, while in the evening, it's the place to come for a treat, whether you're staying at the hotel or not. The Belleval's restaurant offers a simple concept, with formulas at €28 (starter, main course or dessert) or €32 (starter, main course and dessert) in a beautiful setting, with the option of dining on the hotel patio in fine weather.

What's on the menu? A minimalist menu: only three choices for each dish, with always options adapted for vegetarians. And with good reason: the menu changes every week, depending on what's in season and what fruit and vegetables are available... The result is generous, well-balanced and delicious dishes. We particularly like the sweet potato velouté or the ravioles du Dauphiné (served with a mushroom emulsion), the generosity of the fried burratina and its crudités, or the fish or meat of the day.

On the sweet side, if you've got a little room left over, we'd advise you to go for the chocolate coulant served with a scoop of peanut butter ice cream, or finish off with a nice gourmet coffee.

As for prices, you can take advantage of the formulas on offer (€28 for starter, main course or dessert and €32 for starter, main course and dessert) or opt for a separate choice: expect to pay €9 for each starter, €21 for one of the main courses or €8 for the desserts (with a €2 supplement for a gourmet coffee or tea). The Belleval restaurantis open from Monday to Friday: if you're looking for a healthy address in the neighborhood, we highly recommend it!
