A little trip to Italy within metro range... Welcome to Claudia Paris, an Italian restaurant in the 15th arrondissement, offering a tasty and sunny Amalfi cuisine. On the menu? Classics of Italian gastronomy, from Naples to Puglia... Ready to pack your bags? We tested, we tell you!

Fancy some good food that smells like the sun of southernItaly? Head for Claudia Paris, a restaurant in the 15th arrondissement of Paris that offers you the chance to travel along the Amalfi coast without leaving the capital. An Italian canteen inviting you to share a convivial culinary experience, from aperitif to dessert, in all simplicity!

An address that is not very new, taking the place of the late "Père Claude", and welcoming you in a warm and modern atmosphere, while keeping this touch of authenticity characteristic of the houses of southern Italy, with its colored tiles. And for those who want to enjoy the sunshine, a terrace awaits you at Claudia Paris, both in summer and winter.

On the menu, the house offers an assortment of classics and other specialties from the region, from Naples to Puglia. Zucchini flowers with ricotta, burrata, stuffed ravioli, osso buco, grilled octopus... A real trip to the heart of the Mediterranean! Pizza lovers are not left out as Claudia Paris will delight you with her beautiful compositions: margharita, Buffala, Capricciosa, Martina Franca... Enough to amaze your taste buds!

As for desserts, the classic tiramisu, the chocolate cream or the "torta della nonna" should satisfy all sweet tooths. And on the bar side, a nice cocktail menu, with refreshing notes, with the Spritz in the spotlight, of course. Ideal for a successful aperitivo.

An address that we were able to discover. First of all, the decoration: once passed the door, the trip is immediate, and the promised sun is well and truly there with these beautiful blue and yellow colors, typical of the Mediterranean. Once seated, the menu also makes this promise of southern cuisine, with a Vitello tonnato to share as a starter, melting in the mouth and well spiced.

For the main courses, a well-balanced risotto with gambas, but a little shy on the gambas (and in a plate that is far too large) as well as gnocchi with pesto and pistachios and its stracciatella, very tasty. Two dishes that inevitably make the taste buds travel to those beautiful and warm Mediterranean countries, where the sun and the lemons give us an appointment around a beautiful table at the nonna's.

For dessert, the Torta della nonna, a beautiful slice of homemade pie with pine nuts and whipped cream. A nice surprise to end this meal on a sweet note, but not too sweet. And a surprisingly light dessert, also ideal to end the lunch. In short, a nice discovery on which we can linger if we pass in the area! So, let's go to Italy, friends?
