Discover Lupo, the new temple of Italian street food in Paris. This innovative restaurant offers unique culinary creations such as Panozzo and Lupozzo, imagined by co-founder and French vice-pizza champion Julien Antoniolli. Located in the 8th arrondissement, Lupo offers a unique gastronomic experience, blending Italian tradition with an American touch!

Fancy a little panozzo? Head for Lupo, a creative street food concept of Italian origin with an American twist. After delighting food lovers in Pau, the concept is finally making its way to the capital, in the 8th arrondissement to be precise, a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées. Its inventive hybrids of pizzas and sandwiches are the brainchild of Julien Antoniolli, co-founder of Lupo, who is also vice-champion of the French pizza championships and passionate about Italian, American and French gastronomy. Lupo 's philosophy? To dust off the street food classics and bring an undeniable freshness to the nomadic pizza.

Among Lupo's unique culinary creations, you'll discover the panozzo, a round sandwich made from pizza dough and topped with tasty ingredients inspired by Italy and even Béarn, and inspired by the Neapolitan panuozzo. And if you're looking for a surprise, try the Lupozzo, a stunning fusion of pizza and hot dog, featuring a hot dog-shaped pizza dough topped with frankfurter and a variety of mouth-watering toppings. Lupo 's bold, flavorful recipes come from masterful technique and rigorous sourcing of quality raw materials from Italy and beyond.

"Lupo is at the crossroads of influences from street culture and the great classics of gastronomy," explains Julien Antoniolli. He continues:"Part of our sourcing is of course done in Italy, but also locally, in France, because we want to showcase our excellent local products". Located at 49, rue Washington in Paris's 8th arrondissement, Lupo is open Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm.

Created in 2020 in Pau by Julien Antoniolli, vice-champion of France in Pizza in 2017, and his partner Amandine, Lupo reinvents Italian gastronomy with original, gourmet creations. In 2023, Lupo began its franchise development by opening a restaurant in Paris, with the ambition of extending its presence throughout France. Come and discover Lupo, the new Parisian temple of Italian street food that challenges the codes of traditional cuisine.
